Slow Sales in May

Each month about this time I receive a report from Rainier Title Company which gives a comparative breakdown of sales in King County by city. I’ve selected a portion of the report for my Kenmore readers. 

May was not exactly a vibrant month for home sales in King Co. Kenmore was especially hard-hit by slow sales and a slight drop in prices.
