Great article and very timely topic.  In the past, I&#039;ve had some pretty bad experiences with pre-inspections.  The seller would inspect the home and then the buyer&#039;s inspector would generate a different list of items needing repair!  It would often cause confusion when hammering out the details of the inspection.

However, because of today&#039;s stricter lending practices it may behoove sellers to have their homes inspected before putting their home on the market.</description>
