In an earlier post I focused-in on one of my favorite home inspectors, Stephan Cancler. Whenever I’m working with buyers, I always recommend that they contact him, BUT, I also tell my clients that they should interview more than one professional and then decide whom they will use. This process is no different than hiring a roofing contractor, painter, or carpenter. So where do you go to find inspectors? Below are several large franchise-type inspection websites.
