Home Sales for Kenmore, WA – Preliminary Numbers for June 2009
Now that we’ve officially concluded the traditional “Spring bump” for real estate sales I’ll come right out and say it: What bump? No one was doing the bump this Spring. I wanted to provide you with some preliminary sales numbers for June (more official numbers will be coming out in the coming week) so you can get a sense of what happened last month:
Kenmore Sales Remain Sluggish
