Kenmore Home Sales – Preliminary Statistics from October 2009
23 Is the Magic Number
Home sales equalled those of last October! A couple of interesting facts stand out to me:
1) 40% of the homes sold last month were new construction and
2) On average, homes were selling at 85% of their original list prices.
3) Days-on-market were around 137 days (which is up from previous months)
In the next several days, I will post more statistics about the month of October.
