My favorite form of transportation. My wife and I have been tandem bicycling since 1990. We’ve traveled thousands and thousands of miles on our tandem. In 1998 we did a cross-country bicycle tour from Shoreline, WA to Bar Harbor, ME. We bicycled through WA, ID, MT, ND, MN, IA, IL, IN, OH, PA, NY, VT, NH, ME. We rode 4547 miles over 70 riding days, averaged 60 miles per day and had the adventure of a life time.
This picture was taken during our bicycle tour in Hamilton, MT. It’s famous for its grizzly bears and as the home of the Uni-bomber. By the way, the creature behind me is NOT my wife!!!!!
